Current Positions

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced HVAC Service Coordinator to join our growing team. You will be responsible for coordinating all service related tasks, dispatching technicians and/or subcontractors and maintaining detailed service records. Ensuring all technicians have productive work as well as working closely with clients to understand their needs and ensuring the timely resolution of issues. Work closely with the Service Manager regarding labour resource planning, produce planned maintenance forecast hours & work in progress reports. Manage technician timesheets, prepare invoices daily for all service tasks completed and issue purchase orders/work orders as required for materials & subcontractor engagement
