Commercial Air Conditioning is a second generation family business that was established in 1993. With a wide knowledge of all areas within the commercial/industrial HVAC trade, we can offer solutions to almost any situation, including custom made units to fit difficult spaces, stainless steel panels for high salt environments, the list goes on.
We are the NSW service agents for Dunham Bush commercial equipment. Our technicians have been factory trained in Malaysia on the controls software and also their wide range of equipment including Turbocor chillers, variable frequency drive screw chillers, air handling units etc.
With the rising cost of power, we understand any energy savings no matter how small can provide massive benefits to our customers. By keeping up to date with the latest chiller technology such as magnetic bearing chillers or the addition/upgrade of a building management system we can offer our customers significant energy savings. Our savings are proven before any purchase of equipment is made with a return on investment report that compares the current systems with the proposed equipment.
For our preventative maintenance customers, we offer a full Asset Management system. This system uses barcodes on the relevant plant that provides our technicians with a full-service history including photos etc through the use of their smartphone. This also allows us to provide upon request by our customers, service history reports, maintenance history reports and their total investment for repairs/maintenance during the plants lifetime. This is especially important for future budgeting purposes when the plant has reached the end of its maintainable lifespan.
Commercial Air Conditioning utilises the latest in service software for its technicians. All task sheets/quotes are completed utilising this system, allowing us to provide a wide range of reports upon request. For our customers that use purchase orders, once we receive an order via email this is automatically converted to a task within our system for our technicians to attend to immediately. This significantly reduces our arrival on site time.
